Shipments and returns
International & Customs:
For international orders, customers are responsible for covering all customs fees or related costs. It is the customer's responsibility to understand the legal importation regulations of their country. Blade Wholesale cannot be held accountable for items seized by law enforcement (Customs, state, federal, etc.). International shipments via US or foreign carriers must have insurance before shipping. Blade Wholesale is not liable for shipping costs, as they are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy:
Shipping Time: Orders received before 10:00 AM typically ship the same day if the product is in stock. Orders received after 10:00 AM ship the following business day. Shipping does not occur on Saturdays or Sundays, except with prior arrangements. Delays in shipping may occur beyond one day.
Estimated Arrival: While we provide estimates for shipping or transit times, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates. We recommend timely ordering to avoid delays due to shipping or product availability. Any significant discrepancies in shipping charges may result in additional charges at Blade Wholesale's discretion.
Shipping Methods: Unless specified otherwise, all shipments are sent via UPS Ground Service. Expedited services are available upon request. LTL carriers may also be used upon customer request.
LTL Policy: Claims for shortages or damages will only be accepted if the LTL Bill of Lading receipt notes such at the time of delivery. Customers should verify the total number of cartons received matches the number stated on the LTL Bill of Lading receipt. Blade Wholesale will not be held responsible for shortages or damages if the LTL Bill of Lading is signed without notations of such issues.
Returns Policy:
Returns Procedure: Customers must contact Blade Wholesale within [number of days] days of receiving the order to initiate a return. Returns must be authorized by Blade Wholesale and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return Eligibility: Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply to returned items, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The restocking fee percentage may vary based on the condition of the returned items.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on the part of Blade Wholesale or if the item is defective.
Refund Process: Refunds will be issued within [number of days] days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
